now i need a transmission...again. this is 8 and 8 is gonna be built and perfect. lol. where can i get a trans built for my car that will hold up? anyone kno of any place that do performance trannies and i need a lsd.

8 transmissions....holy christ ever think about using the clutch when you shift...that grinding sound is never good...lol.

What r u talking about. I do use the clutch. I have used trans put in that car that only hold 135 ft PBS of torque and I'm running double that. So I need a built one. The grinding is that trans going out

You must granny shift not double clutch like you are supposed to....

No the Srt trans will not bolt up and is a hydraulic driven clutch. Mine is cable driven.

I have never speed shifted the car since it is untuned an will bog after shifting next gear. The only problem is the trans can't hold up the power and I kno how to drive my car and until I get a tune I will only race one gear at a time and that's how I have been driving it. All I'm asking is if someone knows where I can get a built trans made? And I will try temples trans also.

and it took you 8 transmissions to realize that??? Those transmissions must be cheap or made by malaysian kids in sweat shops....

No it took me 7 transmissions to want to be able to get a good one and ur right I think some little Japanese kids must have made these transmissions that's why their no good. That's why I'm gettin it domestically built here in a America this time so it will actually hold up to the power.

Better make sure it says made in america, dont wanna buy a 9th one.
