i need a set of 4 steelies. 4 x 100. 15's or 14's doesnt matter just no 13's lol

not looking to spend a lot of cash just need something to roll til i buy new tires for the rpfs. (i.e. the tires have to have atleast 50% on them)

i know someone has to have some lying around somewhere
